Shipping Policy

Turnaround

All orders are shipped within 3-7 business days due to processing times.

Carriers

We use the following carriers to deliver our orders:

USPS, UPS, FedEx & DHL

Order Tracking

If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using 1st Class USPS mail will not have tracking numbers.

Shipping Rates

The rate charged for the shipping of your order is approximate and based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to decline or continue with the completion of your order.

Back Orders

If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.

Return/Refund/Exchange Policy

Returns/Exchanges

Tribe of Dumo does not accept returns, but will accept exchanges on products with manufacturer defects or size discrepancy. Items can be exchanged as long as ALL of the following apply:

1] Exchanges are initiated within 3 days of delivery

    (returning package must be postmarked as so).
2] The merchandise has not been worn, washed, or altered

    in any way.
3] It is returned in its original packaging.
4) It still has the original tags.

You will receive a confirmation email once your package has been received and/or processed or denied by us.

If your original invoice/receipt is lost, you will still need to identify your package with some account details first. If you still have the order or shipping confirmation in your email, all you have to do is print that out; otherwise you can jot down the following information and include it with your return package:
First + Last Name
Billing + Shipping Address
Phone Number
Email Address
Order Number

1. Please email contactus@tribeofdumo to request an exchange and we will assign you a tracking #.

2. Mail your returned item to:

3. Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt/invoice.

All exchanges are subject to a return shipping fee, paid for by the buyer.
